1. Make a list of various free web hosting sites.
2. Think of at least 5 types of contents you can use to promote your music.
3. Write down the answers to the following questions: What defines you? What defines your music? What represents you as an artist? How d you identify your brand?
4. Research for the suitable colours (main and complementary) that work the best with your logo ideas and make a list of it (you can even go with RGB or HEX numbers of the colours)
5. Research for the types of photos you could use for your website – make sure you follow the copyrights if you are to take from somewhere else than made by you. Compare your colour lists with the photos and see if you can adopt more colour shades to your list that would match the general idea and colour aspects of photos.
6. What aspects could you use to improve the visuals of your page, with making it easy to access and to load, as well as clear as sight (buttons, sub-menus, logos, etc.)?
7. Draft a site map of your web with the main pages and sub-pages, as well as pages and sub-pages that can appear in time. What will you put in the header and footer, and what are the types of contents you want in?
8. Which are your fixed and mobile pages and what are they about?
9. Plan your “home” or main landing page. What do you want to have on it? What should be the first thing your visitors would see?
10. Research for a proper domain for you and hosting website offers. Check what tools you have for web designing for beginners (if you aren’t an expert). What names could your domain have to be strengthening your brand image?
